Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once MARLIMO provides written confirmation via WhatsApp, email or phone, including agreed pricing.

Cancellations

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. MARLIMO reserves the right to end a trip in cases of unsafe or abusive conduct.

Liability

MARLIMO maintains commercial insurance on all vehicles. Liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our control is limited as permitted by applicable Saudi law.
